Six Flags Hurricane Harbor

Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden
If you’re looking for to spend some time in nature this summer, head over to the Dallas Arboretum to admire the beautiful blooms and foliage. Be sure to pack a picnic for a mid-day meal in the garden. Kids will love the Children’s Adventure Garden, which features endless hands-on activities — including a climbable tree house!
Arguably one of Dallas’ most iconic landmarks, Reunion Tower (or “the Ball”) is a must-visit for any North Texan. Buy a ticket to take an elevator ride to the top of the observation tower, where visitors can get a stunning 360-degree view of Dallas. Plan your trip for the last Saturday of the month and attend a free Reunion Lawn Party. Live music, food trucks, lawn games and plenty of fun await attendees starting June 25!
George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum
If you’re looking for some air-conditioned indoor fun, head over to the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, located on the campus of Southern Methodist University. This educational museum will teach kids all about the presidency of George W. Bush. There are plenty of interactive activities, including a fun exhibit on all the former White House pets!
